Statutory Declarations

Peace Commissioner

In May 2025 I got my Warrant of Appointment from the Minister for Justice, Jim O’Callaghan. This means I can take Statutory Declarations, witness signatures on documents and sign various certificates and orders.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I applied because it meant I could take people’s Statutory Declarations and sign their Gender Self ID certificates.

If you need anything signed in Limerick or adjoining counties, please get in touch.
